The Intersection is our brand new restaurant concept soon to open in all of our hotel locations throughout the country.

We pride ourselves in a relaxed yet refined atmosphere where our hotel guests from all over the world can meet, or hang out and enjoy great music, creative food, and an exquisite beer, wine, and specialty cocktail menu.

        The restaurant concept falls under the Elegant Casual restaurant type. You get to have the creatively plated yet delicious, high quality food as well as a beautifully designed atmosphere but it is more affordable and relaxed. Prices for Entrée’s are usually in the $10 to $15 dollar price range but may exceed $20 if it is a specialty item. The décor will add an elegant yet unique perspective influenced by the restaurants location just as its menu will be as well. We offer full table-service and cater to customers of all ages. Since our restaurant will be found in hotels, we want to enliven each cities culture in a relaxed atmosphere where all our guests and customers feel comfortable. Since guests will be traveling from different parts of the country as well as the world, the intersection is the perfect place to relax and meet fellow traveler’s while being influenced by the locations culture.

        At the Intersection we are committed to building and maintaining a strong people and employee-focused culture. We are determined to create a work environment where diversity is valued, and all of our employees follow the principles of honesty, integrity, trust, respect, and commitment to each other, our guests, and the company itself. These things our vital to our restaurants success because of the customers we intend to bring in. Our target market is tourists, travelers (for pleasure or business) families, and music lovers. Since most of our guests our travelers and stay for a short time we like our staff to show them genuine care and hospitality so that they feel comfortable even if they are away from home.

        When staying at a hotel, travelers and families usually enjoy experiencing the culture and diversity of the place they are located but find it difficult to travel too far from the hotel. We want our guests to be able to come to our restaurant and enjoy the music and food that is based on the hotels surrounding. The Intersection prides itself on creating a memorable experience for each and every guest and our location influenced concept seems to do just that! [pic 4]

        The Team Structure will be like most restaurants.  The Highest Position will belong to the General Manager of the Intersection Company itself as well as its Corporate Chef. Each location individually will have an Executive Chef as well as a Food and Beverage Director running the property. Back of the house will continue down the line of duty with 2 sous chefs, 2 lead line cooks or chef de parties, followed by 3 different levels of line cooks, prep cooks, as well as stewards and dishwashers. These amounts my change depending on the size, popularity, and location of each restaurant. Under the Food and Beverage Director in front of the house will be a couple food and beverage supervisors, servers bartenders, server-assistants, and bussers.
