In modern society today, social media sites like facebook and instagram are very popular among youths. In the past, we can only communicate with friends by calling them with telephone or even writing letter to them especially for those who is unaffordable to possess handphone. Therefore, people who does not have these social sites will be called in backward person. What is social media? Online social media communication is when youngster associate with other individuals online through specific sites. The well-known for youngster today consist of facebook and instagram. Every individual makes his or her own account. Managing facebook has thus become a daily chore, another never completed item on to-do-list. I believe that there are three consequences to support my stand. In the following paragraphs, i am going to show the three consequences are it is easy to keep in contact with old friends or colleagues, do not have face to face communication skills and cyber bullying. In this essay, we will take a look at the factors causing youths using social media sites.

        To begin, the first consequences of youths using social media sites is it is easy to keep in contact with old friends or colleagues. Social networking tools have made it about easy for us to keep in touch with friends or colleagues. Social networking is the most popular online tendency of the recent couple of years. Beside that, social networking give an approach to keep in touch with friends. Using Social Media to Keep in Touch (2011) found that about 67% of online networking users say that keep in contact with friends and family is a significant reason they apply social networking sites like facebook and instagram, they apply these sites to connect back together with old friends or colleagues. This would mean there are higher numbers of people who enjoy to apply social networking to keep in contact with old friends or colleagues. According to Kerric , H. (2013) shows that the capability of this upgraded integration is tremendous, when you would be left sifting through business cards after a frameworks organization event, endeavoring to review bits of knowledge about every person, you can now easily rotate toward the sky an affiliation's capabilities and business interests on their interpersonal interaction profile. Hence, we clearly see how it is easy to keep in contact with old friends or colleagues.

        

        Additionally, the next consequences is do not have face to face communication skills. A tremendous advantages of these social groups has an opposite reaction that is likewise a huge disadvantage of social networking. Social networking cooperation now commands both online and offline conversations. In a general public where collaborating and over-offering online is the standard, you are presumably more inclined to talk with your friends or family through electronic gadgets than have face to face communication skills. As more eras are naturally born to the social age, social networking will keep on being the favored correspondence structure among youngsters. However, this movement may start to influence their capacity to appropriately correspond in individual with associates. According to Michael , M. (2012) shows that computer dependence could hurt an individual's capacity to have face to face communication conversation. According to Advantages and Disadvantages of Social Networking (2015) shows that all of the kids in this kind of  age accumulate that apply social network, 40% of people invest their time to chat with friends and type messages. They usually are not invest their time in face to face connections with their associates or others nor are they adding to the important social ability for the future achievement. This would mean there are higher numbers of people who do not have face to face communication skills. Hence, we clearly see that nowadays there are less face to face communication skills in this society.
