I, Introduction:

Tan Viet My joint stock company was established in 2002 on 14-16 Ham Long Street, Hoan Kiem District, and Hanoi city. The main Business activities of this company are import and export trade in medical devices (such as the tooth extraction machines, surgery machines, hospital beds and so on). Tan Viet My Also manufacturers of detergents, disinfectants and medical service for civil. Additionally, the Tan Viet My is the exclusive distributor of Mada USA Products Company in Vietnam, including the products like Mada hand-washing gel; abrasive disinfectant manufactured; and others Products by the Mada Company in the USA. Of which, we are impressed by hand-washing gel Mada product; which has an ability to kill 99.9% of common bacteria, yeast and fungi in seconds without water. We found them quite be appropriate of current market in Vietnam.

To be able to expand for Tan Viet My business with the Mada hand-washing gel products in Vietnam market, our class did a survey that can help Tan Viet My company to assess the demand of customers in Vietnam and also the way that customers think about products of Mada. This task is very important, it contributes directly to successful outcome of the product, help the company capture the needs of market, product selection criteria of customers in Vietnam as code samples, price, product quality, convenience, and so on to be able to satisfy most customer in Vietnam, and enhancement in competition with the same kind products, so from that Tan Viet My can be easier in creating a business strategy aimed at achieving the highest efficiency. The business strategy after completion of the survey include: import plans, advertising and marketing plans, strategies to build reasonable wholesale prices and retail prices; expected to be profitable for the company when business Mada hand-washing gel products. We strongly believe that this result will help much for the company. Here are some analysis figures after we have completed the survey in 81 clinics in the Hanoi locality

II, Analysis Information

Our Group divided the works specifically and more parsimonious to make sure we will complete the survey before the deadline. Initially, I felt very excited with this first task, and thought I'd finish it easily, but when it began work on a specific, I began to feel worried because it is not easy as I thought. One issue is the difficulties to reach the audience survey, most of the people in the survey denied to co - operate with our group as they though we were marketing for a sample of a company and did not want to tell us the private data of their operation and this is my first time for collecting-data task so I'm still pretty shy and find it difficult especially in the interpretation and persuade them to complete the survey.
