Hillary Clinton's Leadership

The incredible ability, intelligence in communication brings to her strong relationship with citizens and colleagues as well to inspire pp because she regards that she cannot do anything for her country, also our world alone. When she was a candidate in election for president, she listened to the need of pp, expressed her empathy + her smile and humor in her talk  create closeness with pp and after the election, she still do that by honesty. It makes her become a charismatic leader, a great example of many pp to follow. PP admire her and place their trust in her. However, she did not use this admiration, this trust for her own purpose. She utilizes it to convince, to inspire pp for mutual goal when Obama becomes new president of USA. She said that now Obama is our president, of course she supports him, so pp who are her supporters should do that as well. She simply motivates pp to achieve a shared goal by that way but it's really effective.

As a leader, she also has a vision. Recently, she shared on a magazine that there should be no doubt that America has the capacity to secure and sustain our global leadership in this century as we did in the last. Combination between strong will as male leaders and sensitiveness, honesty in communication of a woman and the use every aspects of a great leader for different situation in a right way will help her to touch this vision.
