Dear Mr. John Doe,
Communication America Signs is presently in process of creating a worker user guide for our [a]local company. Our company has been based in the St.Louis, MO area for more than twenty five years. Our existing capacity and business demand need an upgrade to our business system. We are presently in the process of creating new training programs for Microsoft Word Office Systems. The prosperity of our business needs innovative designs and outstanding client satisfaction. Our organization would wish to include screen shots of Microsoft programs into our training guides in an attempt to remain St.Louis’ top rated developer of graphic designs[b]. The creation of our latest system includes a lot of the Microsoft products. Familiarizing our workers with each product will add to our business achievement. The organization training guide is planned to start manufacturing on March 30, 2015.
This request is for trainers that are required to train our staff, in hopes that they will become more familiar with the use of our newly acquired Microsoft Office equipment, software, and products. There are twenty five staff members, including one operations manager that will undergo the training course. The goal of this training course is to build confidence and assertiveness [c]in our employees, as well as help them become more fluent and efficient with many of our Microsoft programs.
Approval of this request [d]will allow better communication not only within our department, it benefits Microsoft Inc, [e]and allows cross communication between other departments as well. Not to mention that it will build a stronger, healthier relationship client relationships. [f]Project Goals The overall goal for the project is to train staff with all Microsoft office software and programs. We want our IT department to continue to be able to serve our clients with the latest Microsoft technology and well as our gaming team with the Microsoft X Box One. There are twenty five employees in our general office here in St.Louis that need training.
