Persuasive Messages

I am choosing to deliver my message to my boss in person, through an oral presentation. I feel that my message will be more effective this way, as my enthusiasm will be noticeable to my audience during my presentation. In addition, I can sample this product and share videos and photographs to support my argument. The following written message is to introduce a product to my boss so that he can invest capital to incorporate it into his existing business.

Part I:

Dear Mr. Michaels:

As a marketing representative for Beauty Zone, Inc I have had the pleasure of attending many beauty expos in the past year. Some include large markets such as Dallas, Las Vegas, New York, and Los Angeles which have allowed me to look into many new fascinating products.

In addition to the expos, I have had the opportunity to research many products, and receive consumer feedback for products, one in particular that sticks out to me because I personally have become extremely fond of it.

During our PMF event last year, our booth was located next to an earthy type of booth that was driving a lot of attention to consumers. We could not figure out what exactly they were promoting or selling as their display was simple, clean, with a calm earthy fee, and very few products on display. Although we were curious to find out what was attracting the consumers, we could not get away from our both because their crowd was helping us with our sales. As the day began to slow down, we saw them start to clean up what was left of their booth. I approached them and introduced myself. While engaging in a conversation with the nice owner of O.R.G. Skincare, she kindly handed me a bottle of Organic Mineral body peel. She mentioned that they were packing up early because they were sold out of everything and wanted me to keep it. I then decided to follow them on social media and kindly thanked her for my gift. Soon later I began to use her product and research it for myself. I was completely amazed.

After seeing how incredibly well ORG Skincare did at PMF, and personally using their product for a year, I want to introduce this product to you in hopes that you will be interested in investing capital to further grow this product.
