3. Evaluate the company’s product mix and comment.

        Sabrina Bakery has various product mix and the difference between the product is obvious. We would love to suggest new product line into one of their product mix. As we can see that the focus is more toward the cake. We suggested that they add new flavour to their tart. For tart, they maybe can add flavour that people would go nowadays such as lemon flavour. The reason we choose this flavour because nowadays people’s preference towards lemon has been increasing. Lemon is literally essential in one’s house nowadays as they realize the benefits of eating them. On the other hand, we would suggest them to contract their cookies product. The cookies line does not have a lot of flavour. Besides that, based on the current ‘eating trend or preferences’, the customers tend to eat other desserts such as brownies and tarts. Due to that reason, the demand for cookies would be decrease thus it can lead to the loss in their business.

4. Suggest to your chosen company four strategies using Ansoff-Matrix for product market expansion strategies.

Sabrina Bakery used good strategies for their company. We would love to give suggestion for the strategies using Ansoff-Matrix. The first suggestion is through market penetration. The current market that they used is through Instagram. They should do more promotions and do more paid reviews with their current product. Even though it might need some cost but if they use celebrities and famous people as platform, the chance of having new customers is there. Second suggestion is through market development. What means by market development is where they need to go into new market using their current product. They can go to others platform such as Facebook. They also can use physical store which in that way is they send it to convenience stores and restaurants to increase their sales.
