Summary
The purpose of this memorandum is to estimate the funding required to complete the training program around the new ABC compliance system. This program is going to ensure that senior leaders and managers will be giving “Hands On” training with the new system and be able to ask questions about the new compliance policies that are being introduced. The estimated total for this training is $63,284.00. There are a number of caveats to this figure, but two significant ones are:
- Vendor costs have already been allocated during the original purchase.
- Both billing and non-billing staff will charge hours to training instead of normal charge codes.
