Compliance Program

Written Standards:

Exxon/ Valdez has reviewed and distributed this compliance program to reinforce the standards and laws at the state and federal levels. This also includes ethical issues and business practices. We will provide each and every employee with a copy of the of the plan to ensure that our employees are aware of our beliefs and practices. Each and every employee must sign and return their understanding of our codes and official laws.

If any employee is aware of any wrong doing and unethical actions that violate the Compliance plan they should report to the Corporate Compliance Officer and or someone of authority. An employee who blows the whistle on any violations will remain anonymous. Also any employee has the right to report to the Compliance hotline.

If there is any question on how an ethical issue should be handled feel free to speak to our Compliance Officer or anyone appointed the supervisor position.

This plan created by Exxon/Valdez has been created to define and make clear the actions and consequences permitted or forbid while under contract with the company. Exxon/Valdez requires the compliance code to be understood as rules for conduct in the workplace. It does not however cover every aspect, it is just a general overview of our codes, ethics and beliefs.

Corporate Compliance Officer:

Exxon/ Valdez requires a Corporate Compliance Officer to be a mediator and an enforcer for all employees. The Compliance Officer is appointed by Exxon/ Valdez based on qualifications and experience. A Corporate Compliance Officer must adhere to the policies within the Compliance Plan and also is responsible for the following:

1. Conducting annual reviews and revisions of the Compliance Program. And to make changes where and when necessary.

2. Must review the success of the program and make sure it is sufficient and report the results to the Board of Directors, CEO, President and Vice-President.

3. Any investigations of violation of the compliance program must also be reported immediately.
