When it comes to the location of our jail we must first consider the wide range of factors in developing a jail. For instance transportation is a big concern this is why our jail is close to the courthouse so that inmates and employees can easy be commuted back and forth to jail without any problems. The location of our jail is a rural area with farms, cow and horse pastoral outside of the county limits miles away from communities, shopping centers, and is non metro accessible. This is because it is more cost effective to buy the land and hire construction.

Most rural areas the economy is down there's a prison everywhere we know that were not building a prison but a jail we want to use the same concept used in building a prison by purchasing rural land mainly government sites soothe money is given back to the government and taxpayers and by hiring local construction workers to help develop jobs in the county. The other reason why we want our jail in a rural location is because know one wants a jail in their backyard and will not oppose one begin build way out in a rural area. Rural land makes it easier to capture inmates that will try to escape our jail because the location begin miles away from the county it would be harder for the inmates to escape to a more populated areas. This also will make it quite difficult for the inmate's family and friends to visit those incarcerated in our facility making the inmates deal with the hardship of jail.

A rural land for our jail will help the county by employing locals to work in the jail. Our jail will not jeopardize the safety of the public nor diminish the quality of the county livelihood or property value but instead increase the county economy and livelihood.
