The Intern (2015)

The movie review that I write is The Intern . The main cast about The Intern are Robert De Niro , Anne Hathaway , Rene Russo , Anders Holm and also JoJo Kushner . The director of this movie is Nancy Meyers . Inside the movie , Jules (Anne Hathaway) is a successful young businesswoman who owns a major company and living under a happy family. She fully committed herself to her job. Ben (Robert De Niro), a retired widower who lands a late-life internship at Jules’s company didn’t catch Jules’s attention at the first place. Soon, he turns up to be her best life tutor when she encountered her biggest challenge in life --- her husband, Matt (Anders Holm) is involved in adultery. Jules realizes her life has lost its balance with only her company left but her family life is being neglected. Ben advises her not to sacrifice her favorite job to repair her broken family life. Matt shows up and admits his fault for being an errant husband when Jules decided to give up her passionate job in order to detain her husband. Both of them confess to each other that they still stand prominent places in their heart. Jules is in a position to give considerations to both her company and family at the end. The reason that attracts me to this movie is Ben plays thoughtful attentive , personable , positive optimistic , humorous , and who won the favorite intern supervisors and colleagues .

         My favorite character in this movie is Ben because he is very humorous and sincere. I learned a lot of things on him such as his …….  He is already 70 years old but he still keep on doing meaningful job after his retired life. His action of deciding to go back to work as an intern of Jules make me feel that he is really a hardworking and passionate man as he knew that man is never too old to learn. In spite of the fact that he can’t keep up the technology but he never stopped trying to adapt to this fast-paced world. For instance, he keep on learning ways to use Facebook makes me admire him a lot. I feel that Ben is kind because he keep trying his best to help Jules in her work although the works aren’t in his career scope.

        Jules’s losing balance on her daily life routine made me recall my childhood. My mother used to pay exceeded efforts in her work and didn’t have sufficient time to accompany me. As alike as ----, she seldom participated in my school activities including my prize giving day and even graduation day. I believe Jules also want to balance between family and work so at last she decided to give up and sacrifice her works and want to redeem back her husband and daughter ‘s relationship.  Although Jules at the strong position – CEO , but I felt she also very pressure in her’s work and tormented by love .
