On reading the Parthenon flyer before the Pre-Placement Talk on the 2nd of September 2016 - I was very intrigued on reading “nice” among other attributes Parthenon looks for in a candidate. And I got deeply impressed when I heard Mr. Danish Faruqui say the same during the presentation. A peek into Parthenon’s work, culture and the people was the answer to my inquisitiveness. The interactions I had with Ms. Archana Sarathy and Mr. Ankur Khetan post the PPT solidified the response.

The entrepreneurial culture, high-performing teams, opportunities to work across different cultures and geographies and the ability to create large scale impact – Parthenon offers exactly what will boost my learning and career. My passion towards achieving the best in each task at hand and the drive to solve new and challenging problems each day are in direct alignment with what is required to succeed at Parthenon.

Therefore, I am writing to you to express my interest in the role of ‘Consultant’ at Parthenon’s Mumbai office.

Parthenon has the most diverse team of consultants in the industry. I am thrilled at the prospect of working with peers from multiple nationalities on projects that span across geographies, providing an international exposure that is unparalleled. Also, the fact that Parthenon has a smaller team would offer a less hierarchical, close knit environment for bonding with team mates and making friends. The unique double staffing model of Parthenon would enable me to learn much faster than my peers in the industry.
