Jobs in the Future

In the future there are many jobs that will be potentially offshored or automated. There are the untouchable jobs, jobs could be exported, they could be in the unknown, have many different projections, and it could change business and finance. There are five major professions that are big topics in the future that might be offshored or automated and they are engineers, business technology and services, law, and medicine. These help with globalizations, education, and teach about the future of jobs to come. It helps decide if your job will last longer or if it would be a waste of time to try to get the job and lose it later on.

There are very few jobs that are untouchable to automation or offshoring. These jobs consist of special categories that people fall in like the athleticism of Michael Jordan, the voice of Rhianna, and the skill of a brain surgeon these all are too difficult of jobs to be offshored or automated. They are globalized people used for there talents to provide entertainment that command global wages. These are the hardest jobs to automate because it’s a certain high of difficulty to do so. A second group of untouchables are people who are localized and anchored. This is the biggest group of workers that there are. They are untouchable because, the jobs have to be done in a specific location, require specific knowledge of the local area, and because they have to have personal contact or face-to-face acts with there clients. Most of these jobs are both high end and low end it is anywhere from a carpenter to a lawyer. Also the last of the untouchable categories is the middle class workers that work from assembly line workers up to radiology. The middle class is old and not many people want to go to college to work in some boring place they want to try to achieve there goal and life and get their dream jobs, therefore, there is almost no one to replace these middle class people with. If the next thing is automation or offshoring of more middle class jobs, then we should have larger unemployment in the world today. But these jobs are needed by certain skills so there is nothing that could replace them just yet making it temporarily untouchable.

It has been known that jobs have started being replaced but you never know the time and place that it will happen it could happen to anyone anywhere today. You can never tell if your job is being exported in the future it is very dependant on how offshorable a job is. For the last twenty years or so jobs have been dependently stable on the skill level, and the education that a worker is required to do a certain job. This could lead to a major loss in manufacturing but not all jobs are at high levels of risk. Personal workers are the safest from being offshored because they there work requires close contact with customers and it requires a lot of education in training for the job. Unlike personal workers, impersonal workers
