Background on All Seasons Event Planners

We are All Seasons Event Planners. All Seasons Event Planners has been creating memorable moments for families over a decade.  We assist families in creating the most unique experience in planning your events. Our staff has helped individuals plan weddings, graduation events, baptism ceremonies, bachelor and bachelorette events, and a host of other ceremonies for you and your loved ones. We would like to thank you for choosing our company to assist you in planning you wedding ceremony. A wedding is one of the most beautiful, sacred, and memorable moments of your lifetime. We understand that you will not only share this milestone in your life with the groom, you will share this beautiful moment with your friends and family as well. We assure you that we will provide you with the most memorable and unique experience as stated in our mission.

Purpose: To provide Melissa Osborne (bride) and Brian Johnson (groom) with a beautiful wedding ceremony.

1. Goals and Objectives: Our goals and objectives are to leave a positive lasting impression on the bride and groom, as well as all attending guest of the ceremony.
2. We would also like to maintain a positive company image while providing service to the family.
3. Create company growth and future revenue.
4. Have the ceremony planned and carried out in a timely manner.
5. To stay on budget (preferably below) that was set between both parties.
6. To ensure that our company operates ethically at all times.

Project Stakeholders

Project Stakeholders: The project stakeholders are Melissa Osborne (bride) and Brian Johnson (groom). Both Melissa and Brian will be in charge for resource approval for the wedding. Their feedback will be necessary and vital to our company. We will be held accountable for the results whether good or bad. Our goal is to provide the best positive experience.

Other Stakeholders: Other stakeholders in this event are the whole All Seasons Event Planning organization. We are stakeholders in this event also our name perceives us. We provide families, and other organizations with a wonderful unique experience through all four seasons. Our image is at stake if we fail at providing a wonderful event at all times.

Other stakeholders will also be the family of the bride. Since the bride’s family is responsible for the cost of the service. If any individual has paid any monies for the ceremony, clothes, food etc. they are considered stakeholders in this particular event. They are stakeholder because they have invested their money and time in this specific event. Money can be refunded but time lost cannot be replaced.

Other stakeholders can also be the facility owners of where the event will be held such as a church or a hall. The premises must be completely up to part while this elegant event is being held. Word of mouth travels faster than most forms of advertisement.
