• Technical logistics to execute the contract agreement once the site location gets finalized
• Energization status checked (i.) by Technical logistics
• Site handed over to Production for build-out (Civil Works)
• Once civil work gets completed site handed over to BSS deployment team for commissioning
• Once site gets on-air the site finally handed over to OAN (Operation Access Network)
