Leadership is defined as influence relationship between leaders and other followers. It is also called a process by which leader influences or inspires thoughts, behavior and attitude of the people. In the four functions of management leading is considered as crucial, important and most challenging function as it seeks lot of concentration and efforts. Good leaders set a right direction and they help followers to see the exact situation ahead, they help us realize and visualize the tasks, which are to be achieved. It is very important tool in organization and it plays a major role in getting coordination between subordinates because as we know every individual is not same and their views are also different. Leadership is the only one way or ability to get people united to do significant things related to organization otherwise they might not do the required things and that may lead to failure to the organization's goals. A good leader always makes a successful way to achieve the organization's goals. An effective leader is one who uses charisma and expertise rather than coercion to influence the subordinates. A leader with good emotional intelligence can perform better compared to other leaders because he or she can convince the people and strive for the required goals. A good leader should be responsible and capable of handling ones emotions, moods and drives without impacting feelings of others. She believes communication is the very important tool between the team and manager as it directly relates to the opinions, values and the wants of the people. She respects team members and their feelings and possesses strong interpersonal skills. She is good at timings, events, and team activities, high impact presentations and handles questions well. She always expects her team to be on time, be aware of the upcoming events and work based on customers feedbacks so that the problems can be solved as quickly as possible.
