2.1Core benefit

It is kind of amazing how many people I know who carry BlackBerry phones at time; they are fast to deal with business functions and e-mail.Part of the reason to have black berry phones for many of these folks is that their business calls need to be logged (financial analysts, attorneys, etc.) and they would like their personal calls to stay, well, personal.

2.2 Basic product

A mobile phone is the basic product of black berry torch (also called mobile, cellular telephone, or cell phone) is an electronic device used to make mobile telephone calls across a wide geographic area. Mobile phones are different from cordless telephones, which only offer telephone service within a limited range of a fixed land line, for example within a home or an office. A mobile phone can make and receive telephone calls to and from the public telephone network which includes other mobiles and fixed-line phones across the world. It does this by connecting to a cellular network owned by a mobile network operator.

2.3 Expected product

It will be having a number of features from the BlackBerry‘s we had in the past ,which has been slightly successful for BlackBerry, but black berry torch definitely not up to the mark that BlackBerry would have been wishing. It might be due to the design, which was not necessarily to everyone's liking. The Blackberry Torch will be much more contemporary in terms of the design due to the use of new colours and a new design. But most features same as the previous phone we had.
