1.) How would you define leadership?

I would define leadership as a role someone takes to make a life changing impact on something or to/for someone.

2.) What qualities would you need to be a leader? Please Explain.

Honesty is needed a leader it’s an attribute that can keep the leader going. Commitment is also needed I believe, you can’t be leader without being committed.

3.) Which Latino/a best exemplify your definition of leadership?

Growing up with a Cuban grandmother, I would be awakened with the vibrant voice of Celia Cruz. Celia Cruz has a powerful voice that transfers the rhythmic energy of salsa into the vocal medium, and she has been a prominent figure in the music since the beginnings of her career in Cuba in the 1950s.

This Article was very interesting because it reminds you that pictures are worth a thousand words and can be anywhere at any time and it can be a photographic moment. It can be a happy moment or a sad moment but it also is a pleasure to have. Another comment I would like to add is that it is something that has the potential of lasting forever. A picture can be a memory that can move your heart.Over 50 million children between the ages of 4 to 18 participate in youth sports competitions. There are over 50 sports for these youthful athletes including riding derby cars, playing basketball, hitting tennis balls, swimming, wrestling, diving, etc. According to the 2006 FIFA Big Count, soccer is a very popular sport for children. The growth of youth sports has been fueled by money, television, parental enthusiasm and professional sports models.
