First, say to yourself what you would be and then do what you have to do.

Greetings, ladies and gentlemen! Today marks another significant ending that would give rise to a fresh beginning to one of our great mothers and a beloved leader, who once dreamed but now has to sit on her laurel for her dreams have come to pass.

Leon Suenens once said, "Happy are those who dream dreams and are ready to pay the price to make them come true'. Indeed, in their hands lies the courage to make a difference to conquer obstacles and to create a future that would bear fruitful contributions to the world. This brave lady did not succumb to failures, for what did not kill her dreams made them stronger.

She fought until today; she taught, shared and applied ideas, lessons and experiences to many people, students, and teachers as well as to her own children and grandchildren. She lead lives, supported talents, honed potentials while rendering untiring service to the people who need her most: the students and how grateful are we forever.

She's one of the few people who have withheld their beliefs, that in order to accomplish great things, people must not only act but also dream, not only plan but also believe. This belief stands therefore as one of the great pillars of Sagkahan National High School, as she stands out and beams with pride.

Vilma Santos, Lady Gaga, Jose Rizal, Ninoy and Cory, stars and heroes we heard about. Ladies and gentlemen, honored and proud are we to have with us a hero and a star, someone who 35 years ago dreamed and with that dream made dreams come true. And as many other tree, grows old and weary but strong and wise, we bid farewell to our dean, teacher, mother, principal Dr. Wenifreda Renomeron, or as many call her "Mana Wini". As she walks out of the doors of service, the world is still fortunate for it knows that her teachings and service will never end as long as she lives.
