Appeal for Additional Subject

I am writing this appeal letter to add the subject (Introduction to Management GDB2033) to my studies in this semester. Adding this subject will cause my credit hour this semester to  become 19 but UTP does not allow students’ credit hour exceed 18, except if the student have approval from their respected HOD.

2. The principal reason why I would like to add this course is that I do believe this subject is very relevant to me because it is intended for students who wish to improve their general knowledge in all aspects that related to system and management. Plus I have attended the first two weeks classes on Monday and Tuesday.  Besides, my lecture timetable in this semester is quite slight and got only four papers for the final examination. The schedule for the lecture of this subject is as below:

Day / Time : Monday/ 1400 to 1600  and  Tuesday/ 1700 to 1800

3. I understand that it may be a procedure to be done but this is an urgent priority for me. I hope you can consider this appeal. Your approval is highly appreciated. Thank you.
