Essay: “6 Qualities of a good Leader”

Jack Welch, former chairman and CEO of General Electric Co., said, "Good business leaders        create a vision, articulate the vision, passionately own the vision and relentlessly drive it to completion." 

At whatever point and wherever people are assembled in substantial numbers, they require leadership. Indeed, even teens require their school consults and schools skippers. Armed forces need Commanders. Regular people need governments, skippers of industry and scholarly pioneers of thought too. Men whether of the East or the West, require to be driven and every gathering 'hurls' its own pioneers in every succeeding era. Whether in the school-room, or on the combat zone or in legislative thoughts, individuals who are by character leaders and who are chosen to lead, dependably have the same characteristics of character and of standpoint. By this essay I want to show my vision of leaders, what kind of characteristics should they have in order to direct successfully organization`s goal. Six main qualities with their explanation and some examples will be written here. They are: good communication skills, decision making skills, responsibility, trust, creative thinking and last work/life balance.

The first the leader must possess effective communication skills. He should frequently be in contact with key people via email, v-mail, gatherings, or different manifestations of correspondence. The initiative and its suggestions spin around this quality. It is a completely vital quality a leader needs. The significance of correspondence can not be overemphasized for being a good leader. A successful leader knows the significance of connections. He realizes that the quality of a leader originates from the individuals that take after and bolster her. Also, that is the reason a good leader takes great care in building solid associations with his around.

Positive attitude is the power of good relationships with people. This quality is a needed for a leader as well as everyone. Notwithstanding, this is uncommonly important for  him. A leader needs to be certain and propel his group, in times that are hard and times that are severe. At the point when challenges are out of hand and his group is completely down, when times are truly baffling, a leader is the who conveys his group and his association forward and that is the thing that a leader needs to do – look at the bright side of every and everything. Woman had told that she has very good positive relationships with her subordinates that every morning they always start day with drinking a coffee.  Since I am completely sure that through positive attitude to followers leaders will have strong and optimistic relationships with them.
