Members use this part to enter the system

Description:

  • Username
  • Password

For a new user, these requirements are needed:

  • First name **
  • Middle initial(option)
  • Last name**
  • Student/Staff/Faculty ID**
  • Title**
  • Like to receive mail**
  • Mailing Address**
  • Email Address**
  • Username**
  • Phone Number(option)
  • Secret questions**

Pre-Condition:

  • User must have username and password
  • New user must fill in all the asterisk fields of the form
  • The user must be a student, staff or faculty member to                   
    register

Post-Condition:

  • User cannot create two different account
  • New user will receive a notification email confirming their registration

Other attributes:

  • The user will only be allowed three trial to login else the system will prompt for change in password with the aid of the user secret questions
