Meeting Report for WebTV Program

Chinese media will take care for all of the shooting and video edition and they will send to china. So the point is China side can’t edit the Myanmar language properly, perfectly because there is no expert (who can edit Myanmar Language) in china *can call the expert by force from embassy as an option *. This is the first thing facing issue in meeting. They can’t edit in here as they have no studio.

  1. They will take care of the whole program but need to show where to shoot.
  2. The video will be take round 2~3days, and edition will be around 2~3days and overall is one week if we can propose and advise the idea well and the dialogue perfectly.
  3. Dialogue will need to prepare by us and Both MC will need to participate in all procedure.

Options for the issue, there are 5 options as following:

  1. To corporate between Myanmar media and Chinese media is the first best option. (Chinese media will video shoot first and edition will be done by both side in here.)
  2. The second option is Chinese media will shoot the video with Chinese language and send it to China to edit and broadcast in China. After that they will sent it back to Myanmar, so that Myanmar side can add subtitle in Myanmar language and post in facebook.
  3. Third one is Chinese media will video shoot with Myanmar Language and then the draft video will send to China to edit and after that send it again to Myanmar side, and will post on facebook.
  4. Fourth one is Myanmar media will shoot with Myanmar language, edit and post on facebook.
  5. Last one is Oversea Chinese in Myanmar will introduce about how their Chinese living style and also the Chinese things in Myanmar. Dialogue will be remain unchanged with what we are proposing. After that post on facebook.
