For me Making a Job Redesign Real . Once you target profile of worker has been determined, the needs of the worker can be discover.  Jobs can be designed specifically to appeal to the expectations of the workforce.  For example, mature workers may be less interested in career progression pathways than their younger counterparts.

Once you  in company every emoloyees have a  duties and responsibility to do our task so as a student  we can apply to me as sa student leader of my state college im a part of the organization  of supreme student council  my task as a Ssc IM Marshal to follow  the  rules and regulations of  organization espacially my  president  our task to being a part of organization   I assure  every task that day asign on me is i can accomplish in effiecent way.

I have experience  from work im a freelance photographer and so many people encounter  on my work   With there different attitude and environment  so o try my best to adapt it.

In the company  where I took my On-The-Job-Training, I’ve gained different knowlegde that I can apply now in my life I adapted all the positive things that I encountered and also learned lessons from negative things that happened on my On-The-Job-Training.

There are many benefits to teamwork, teamwork can lead to better business outcomes because the team can bring more resources to bear against a challenge and there is more oversight to reduce risk of poor individual contributions and the other one is efficiency when a team is able to work well together they accomplish more than individual can do alone. This helps a company save money while being more competitive in their market.

If you have a good team you need a better idea, a good team is made up of diver’s members. When these members apply different skills to the same problem, they come up with a more effective solution than one person working on the same problem. When team work well together they are supportive of one another. Mutual support can encourage people to achieve goals they may not have realized they could reach on their own. Members of team work to achieve specific goals, there is often a greater sense of accomplishment than what an employee may feel when working on their own.

Team members need to learn how to help one another, help other team members realize their true potential, and create an environment that allows everyone to go beyond their limitations. A team becomes more than just a collection of people when a strong sense of mutual commitment creates synergy, thus generating performance greater than the sum of the performance of its individual members.

Communicate with confidence. Good team players might silently get the work done but shy away from speaking un and speaking often. Great team players communicate their ideas honestly, clearly and respect the views and opinions of others on the team. Clear, effective communication done constructively and respectfully is the key to getting heard. Strong team are the backbone of any team. When others fail, these are the people who venture on with strong resolve and persistence, committed to getting the job done.
