The Superior Group

The sole reason that led to the establishment of superior group of Colleges was the ambition and passion to spread as much knowledge as they can and to educate people. The drive to educate people did not end here at all. SCG continued on this mission and transitioned to become the superior group TSG to embrace bigger goals. After founding The Superior Group, Abdur Rehman followed the success formula of his mother that is “Change can only be brought by education” and they went on to achieve something bigger by opening educational institutes one after the other. Firstly, medical hospital was founded and further branched out to teaching and research hospital. Then in order to reach out to the public, in 2011 the superior group entered into most prominent domain of education and inaugurated “Nai Baat Media network. It started with the newspaper and then further spread out to News Channel in 2014.

Rehman has built everything from his own hands. He is the sole driver of these ventures. But now he has realized that at one certain point, entrepreneurs have to delegate responsibilities and to focus on empowerment of the team to make them able to handle things. Otherwise, everything will collapse. When you have too many ventures running under you, the quality is compromised. Rehman remarked: you have to pay the price for your progress. Now that he has achieved the point of self-actualization, he considering going back to where he started, rework in order to make bigger impact in the society of Pakistan.
