ABSTRACT

The purpose of this experiment is to demonstrate how the sampling rate of a signal analyzer can affect the resulting frequency domain output and find the relationships between sampling frequency ,source frequency and displayed frequency.

INTRODUCTION

The purpose of this experiment is to demonstrate how the sampling rate of a signal analyzer can affect the resulting frequency domain output. The equipment use in this experiment is HP 35665A or 35670A Dynamic signal Analyzer, HP3314A(or other) Function Generator with digital readout and Male to Male BNC Shielded Cable.
