Live in Austin

For people who wonder what is like to live in Austin.

First at all in order to experience life in Austin you need to move to the city not the suburbs, otherwise you will fel that Austin is really not that different to any other Texas suburb. The city is a whole different experience, lot of shops, people, bikers, very lively, however also very expensive, the idea that Austin has s reasonable cost of life is getting outdated, as of September 2014, life in Austin is actually pretty expensive. A small meaning really small house near downtown is about $700,00 USD which doesnñt sound like a reasonable price at all for a middle income family. And considering that the schools downtows are graded very low, you would need to pay for private school too. However if you are single or not considering to have children anytime soon that might not be an issue for you.

I remember the fisrt time I visited Austin, I was very young and spend a lot of time from club to club and therefor it seemed to be the perfect place to live, there are so many students in this town, I meet some nice guys and I was so much looking forward to come back. One of the best things is Austin is as everyone can tell you the music and the bar scene, there is always somewhere to go and something going on at night.
