Kaizen Analysis
For our project the relevant systems, we have applied the kaizen is. The analysis has helped to highlight the problem that occurred in the NASAM and service. From this kaizen we able to identify the facility system .By using kaizen Fish bone & pareto we able to see a clear picture of NASAM.

Manpower
Lack of manpower as physic therapy at nasam bring a less out come to the Centre . when there are many patient of strokes only 2 of physiotherapy able to be take care of 42 patient for 2 sessions .The lack of training toward physiotherapy create a unstable hand laments towards Nasam. Furthermore, the administration in charge of the centre only 1 person. This occur a lot of pending job been done by the staff.
