ETHICS AND PROFIT

  1. SITUATION ANALYSIS

Ethical  problems on this situation was being pressured of the Chief Executive to all manager of the organization. Of course even a normal employee couldn’t such things spontaneously and do multitask just to it simultaneously for them sustain a obijective of a particular company or maybe if is necessary they can able to do it as far they could. Probable causes on the said problems maybe the reason alone of the objective of the company, including the profit contribution, the market penetration and returning of investment. Also the failure to meet the objective cause them to demote is another cause of problem. But in this case, to satisfy and to meet the satisfactiob of the company you may do something illegal or unethical one just to sustain the objective of a one’s company. For an instance, you’ll take advantage to all outputs or to the production of the company so that the satisfaction of profit meets its peakest point. Not pressuring all the managers or else they’ll do alternative ways such things that is not fair enble to achieve the main objective of the company.


  1. Problem Analysis

Pressuring all the managers causes them to have a negative feedback. The pressure that they encounter may took them to decide not to participate on that company. Then when they are pressured frequently it may result or help the managers do something such an illegal or even unethical behaviour againts the company. If they still continue pressuring each manager of ech organization it may affect to their company’s matter maybe no one evenly wanted to parcipate managers because of that kind of situation.
