The company's dividend policy calls for maintaining stable dividends, and SM will determine the allocation of profit by taking into account all factors such as profit levels, financial position, the dividend payout ratio, and future business development and forecasts. SM will be paying dividends that will increase every fiscal year.

“SM Shareholders Livestream Meeting”

Shareholders wouldn't have the trouble to ask companies for their annual reports and shares of stocks since SM will announce a livestream for their shareholders through their website and e-mail them directly. The livestream would contain the company's earnings and annual reports. Questions can also be asked during the livestream. A dedicated 24/7 customer service is assigned to ensure shareholders’ satisfaction.  This can help shareholders lessen their burden and let SM earn their trust. Not only can they get their needs faster, but also they can plan ahead when they would want to get a copy of the report.

A diverse range of learning and development opportunities will be offered including trainings in the classroom and through videos in multiple languages in order to meet the learning needs of the employees of the company in other countries. Training opportunities can be inside the classroom through modules or peer-to-peer mentoring.

An employee’s career development is important to the company which is why the company will opportunities for advancement, and offer frequent promotion opportunities. Throughout the year, employees will get coaching on career development through meetings with their respective managers. Managers will also receive training to enhance their skills in coaching and mentoring employees.

Subsector Outcome 1: Employability improved Ensuring the employability of labor entrants is important. This will be accomplished through the following strategies: Encourage skills development and retooling through continuing education and training. Workers may improve their employability through skills enhancement. Providing opportunities for skills development and re-tooling is critical in addressing the problem of the youth who are not in education, employment, and training (NEET). For prospective and current OFs, properly identifying demand and upgrading their skills to meet the demand, will help them be employed in more stable and higher-paying jobs. Improvement in access to advanced degrees and trainings on topics such as entrepreneurship and proficiency in different languages, including through distance or online learning, will be promoted. The PQF should not only ease school-to-work transition but should also guide professionals, employees, and employers in skills upgrading and professional development.

Protect the employees’ well-being

“Employee Wellness and Occupational Health and Safety Programs”

An employees’ well-being is very important in a company which is why a program will be made for the benefit of the permanent employees of SM to help them maximize their physical, financial, and social wellness. The Ergonomics Program will offer ergonomic assessment and training programs and special furniture, equipment, and software for medical needs of employees.

SM CARES “Employee Wellness and Occupational Health and Safety Programs” will give emphasis to the importance of employees’ health which is why annual on-site screening events will be provided for employees to screen their risks of heart disease, diabetes, high cholesterol, and high blood pressure as well as other on-site screenings.
