This document pretends to highline the mistakes found in the Pegasus Travel Business Plan, from my experience and knowledge.

The document is well divided in several sections with the intention to provide information about the business case, the analysis in this document is design following that structure.

Introduction:

This sections begins with the address of the office but no other explanation, then the names of the co-owners is showed but the beginning of the document does not have a proper introduction

There is a lack of financial information, we can see the initial amount required but no information about the origin of that number, we can see also that the amount will be provided from venture capitalist and banks but no more information is presented about the conditions of the loans.

The confidentiality advice should be in another place, probably in the first page and supported by some legal authority.

Executive Summary:

This section should include the differentiation or value of this proposal compared with the competency in order to create interest in the reader.

The document mentions an explosion number expected for the market in two years but no support for this number is provided and seems to be very optimistic or unreal

Additional information about the places or media where the advertising will be placed could provide better idea about the market study performed.

Industry Outlook, Forecast & Trends:

It is not clear if the main target of the business is US or Europe and should be more focus on one of them instead of presenting so many numbers.
