1. Describe your ethical perspectives as identified by the Ethical Lens Inventory, including your blind spot, strengths, weaknesses, and values.

In the wake of survey my results for the moral lens, I do concur with what I found. My center qualities express that my essential objective is to ensure individual rights. I feel that this is the most ideal approach to guarantee that everybody in the group is dealt with decently. I do have a tendency to take a gander at the greater picture than simply the individual numbers.

My blind side, expresses that I am substance with little excessively great, which is the right approach to clarify my identity. I have a tendency to leave issues uncertain when I get to be fulfilled by my needs, leaving others to manage their own particular circumstance anyway they like.
