The transition to adulthood has always been a great challenge facing families and society. According to many psychologists and medical experts, children today tend to grow up faster and reach the age of puberty earlier than before now. During the development, teenagers become curious about their bodies and sexual behaviors. They have also a lot of difficulties and problems in mental and physical aspects. It is normal that  they will have to deal with conflicting and confusing inaccurate information about sexuality and gender. However, they feel ashamed of asking question for parents. It is very dangerous. Sometime parents feel awkward to explain.  As society has become more open about sex and sexuality, sex is a more open topic than it has ever been before. Sexual development is an integral and important part of  human development. Sexual health is an important component of health throughout the life-span. Providing and equipping teenagers with adequate knowledge is a necessity in their sexual lives. Sex education is a major component of comprehensive health education, the goal of which is to help children and adolescents become healthy adults with responsible health behaviors. That is why sex education should be taught at school. In addition, how to educate highly delicate subjects is very also important in process of teaching.

Sex education will give useful advices to young people .
 The modern world, young people are exposed to numerous influences upon their sexual attitudes and behaviors every day from the media, their peers, their parents, and other adults.  Only one click mouse, They can gather with number of  sexual information. The information is presented very tempting. Sex education is valuable in its ability to truthfully educate young people about sex and its risks. It provides them with knowledge to protect themselves from unintended pregnancy, sexually transmitted infection and sexual abuse. Young people must have accurate and sufficient information to make responsible choices and to become responsible adults. Minimizing the risk of unintended pregnancy, sexually transmitted infection and sexual abuse is a major component of comprehensive sex education.
Unintended pregnancy, sexually transmitted infection and sexual abuse is becoming a big threat to society at present. Effective programs of sex education tend to provide practical knowledge and skills helping young peole realize the impact of unprotected intercourse on their physical and mental health. Moreover, young people will be taught how to use correct and consistent use of condoms can reduce the risks of unintended pregnancy and other sexual transmitted infections.
When young people fall in love , they
want to spend more time together. They think that they are mature so they have their own choices. Cohabitation is a popular problem in young people, especially among student circle. Sex eduction teach them know how a true love along with their responsibilities for friendship and love. It helps them take control of their manner and restraint their desires in falling in love. In addition, they will be taught practical skills to protect themselves from abusive relationships.
In puberty, teenagers deal with a lot of physical and mental changes that affect their daily life. As the body matures, it is important to maintain good hygiene. Sex education provides with knowledge about parts of  body, reproduction and experiences. Young people  will be also taught that child marriage and teenage parenting often have unexpected consequences because young brides often lack knowledge about their bodies, reproduction and experience in bringing up their children. They have not developed fully, which may be an underlying cause of the rising premature pregnancy. Furthermore, sex education will instruct teenagers how to take care of their health and body.
Young people will also know how to differentiate between love and infatuation. Infatuation is an unreasonable feeling of attraction which does not last long. How about love ?. When loving and being loved, people will feel all surroundings are magnificent. Sex education helps learners understand
the benefits of abstinence. They are taught that they should have only sexual intercourse after getting married. When they have family, they should what to do. Sex education will give instructions in birth-control and care of reproduction.
However, some people said that sex education in school draw a way to encourage young people to engage in sexual intercourse. Others said that sex education prevent them from sexual acts. Event that ,
teaching correct information about sexuality or any other topic in school does not prevent any parent from teaching, modeling values and expectations in the home. Sex education will assist parents in providing opportunities for family communication. Young people become active and confident when they discuss about their questions and problems. To do these things, young people should be learned sex education from professionals. They are well-trained and capable of answering the question. They are able to impart genuine knowledge on biology of reproductive systems, body parts, relationships and puberty. Young peole will equip with proper ways once they develop feelings for opposite gender.  At once , they will be provided holistic education from all aspects. References and adolescent sexuality can be found on media and the Internet. Young people will be misleaded which is dangerous highly. If young people are learn sex education in school, they will be provided good and holistic eduction from all aspects.
In process of teaching,
many educators feel anxious or tentative in tackling the topics of sex, sexuality, and sexual health. They may feel overwhelmed about where to start or confused about what to teach and when to teach it. It is important that young people receive age-appropriate sexual health information and develop practical skills for keeping healthy. Proffesionals should make principles and rules before starting because we find it hard to stop the children from laughing and being silly. If they break any of these expectations, proffesionals should have appropriate punishments. After that, you should emphasize what they need to memorize. Try to explain sensitive words and terms so that young people understand clearly. There will be a lot of new and strange things so educators should make it practical such as using pictures and examples , telling funny stories , showing videos and clips ,… about subject. You can illustrate your lesson with putting sanitary towels on pants or putting a condom on a banana. Providing instruction about growth and development, sex, and sexuality can be challenging .We provide sample exercises to get the lessons started, ensure a safe space for everyone, and convey complete and accurate information on many reproductive and sexual health topics. Showing young people the correct ways to do that is more important than above all others.
Young people often have a superficial understanding about sex. Consequently, they are potentially vulnerable to sexual abuse, unintended pregnancy and sexually transmitted infections. It is indisputable that “prevention is better than cure”. Therefore, sex education is crucial for young people ’ physical and mental enhancement. From that, they are able to take control of their manner and protect themselves from sexual behavior. Methods teaching is necessity in sex education which help professionals to find effective ways to deliver sex education factually, sensitively so learners do not fell too embarrassed and too stimulated. Sex education should be taught by professionals in schools to ensure a good and value sex education.
