To control the street crime, which is one of the major cause of crime, Police should place there officers in civilian clothes to caught criminals. It will give a stronger grip of police into such criminals which are indulged in street crimes and crimes can be reduced by this effort.

CCTV (Close circuit Television) cameras should be placed on each corner. But as there is not so much budget so it should be there in at least every critical location where there are more chances of criminal activities. These CCTV cameras should also give the live monitoring to stop the crime on the spot and crimes can be reduced.

Corruption and Approach are, as mentioned earlier, ruining the peace of the society and this all is due to the system fault. So, firstly system should be rechecked so that all these illegal things like corruption, approach etc. which are not good for society should be eradicated and such a system should be launched that no matter how high caliber or status is, there should be no one who can give or take bribery or use any approach.

There is strong need of an hour to increase the budget of police and the police force itself as well in terms of quantity. Police budget is Rs. 20/month each individual. It means that we our giving just 20 Rs. Month to police in which police is adjusting its all budget. According to law, 1 police officer should be there for 400 people but in some divisions there is 1 police officer for 1600 people which is a big thing to worry. So the budget and force of police should both be increased.

For increasing the police force there should be surely some training facilities and institutions but unfortunately there are only few academies in the country and they are also lacking many important facilities. Only class room lectures are given and there is no exercise or physical training. Constable training is just lectures and exercise, no advance training is given.
