LETTER OF RECOMMENDATION

Mr. Boominathan was my student at the SSN College of Engineering and Technology, where I worked during the period 2011-2015. I have taught him the subjects of Web Technology and Theory of Computation. On account of the varied interactions that I had with him during the final four semesters, I confidently rate him amongst the top 10% in the class in terms of his acumen and dedication towards fulfilling the tasks assigned to him.

During the course of his studies, he came across as a sincere and hardworking student. This was evident from the effort that he put into his term work assignments. He has been forthcoming with answers to questions raised by me during the lecture sessions and I have found him to be an active participant in classroom discussions. He is a lively, modest, and honest student who is well mannered and respects his peers and professors alike.

Both in the class and at the labs, I have found him to be very inquisitive about the fundamentals and its influence on the overall outcome. His simplicity, diligence and his affectionate nature were thoroughly appreciated by his classmates, faculty and the non-teaching staff of the college. During the class-hours he was interactive and mostly ensured that the discussions revolved around the subject matter. Nirmal also assisted his teachers within the department in conducting events, study tours and displayed higher levels of maturity in handling people from diverse backgrounds.

Apart from academics, he was very proactive in most of the institutes’ activities. He was the cultural secretary of the department during the year 2011-12. He has organized and managed several events and symposiums with great responsibility.
