WINSTATION TROUBLESHOOTING REFERENCE GUIDE

Cutting Tickets in the Wrong Place:

 Unload tickets

 Go to Diagnostics

 Instant Ticket Database

 Update Instant Ticket Database

* Please remind retailer that the database has to be updated before loading tickets to avoid any potential cutting problems

Not Cutting Tickets at All:

 Diagnostics

 Burster

 Park Bursting Blade

 Choose Row tickets are in (1-5)

Screen Message "Instant Tickets Only"

 Verify there is paper

 If paper is present make sure paper roll is loaded properly and is correctly mounted

 If paper is there and mounted properly

 Go to

 Diagnostics

 Shut down/Restart

 Restart Software

Screen Message "System out of Service"

 Remove cashbox and bill validator and replace

 If this does not clear message

 Shut down terminal and reboot

Terminal Shutting Down on it's own

 Check GFI connection behind Winstation

 Make sure amber power light is on

 If not hit reset

 Verify blue light is on behind PC and green light is on UPS. If not turn both units on. If still black screen..

 Reboot UPS (hold power button down until green light goes out then push the button to turn back on)

Tickets Will Not Dispense

 Make sure tickets are present

 Unload/load book

 Park Burster

Takes Money but Ticket Does Not Drop

 Verify button has been fully pressed

 Make sure ticket has not fallen inside the cabinet

 Make sure
