BUSINESS NAME AND LOCATION

Maze Fair Corporation is an international amusement company that will develop The Labyrinth which is set to be based in Davao City, Philippines. The name "The Labyrinth" is derived from the idea that the amusement park will be famous for its maze rides and activities as its main attraction. The park targets large local population as well as international visitors that will be provided with fulfilled recreational and entertainment experience and excellent customer service.

According to the International Association of Amusement Parks and Attractions (IAAPA), with the impressive increase of global economy, the market for amusement park globally is forecasted to increase up to $44.3 billion by 2022. Hence, The Labyrinth project is perfect in its location as Philippines only have 4 amusement parks that are all situated in Luzon.

The Labyrinth will be sited in strategic location with a size of 15.5acre area in Mindanao island of the Philippines specifically in Licanan, Bunawan, Davao City. This site is convenient for the customers as well as employees. The size of the land will allow diverse attractions that will attracts to the tourists and locals and draw in large number of customer. There are also strategic future expansion if the business will continue growing.

SERVICES OFFERED

The Labyrinth will provide a wholesome environment combining entertainment and recreation facilities the will appeal to the market. World class facilities will offer different types of rides such dark rides, flat rides, and virtual reality rides. In addition to these, there will also arcade games, sports games, strategy games and educational games centers as well as theaters.

Aside from the primary services of the business that is mentioned above, the business intends to have concession for restaurants, food stalls, and souvenir shops.
