Marketing Plan

The Bogota Coffee House prides itself on being a coffee house unlike any other. We will provide customers with the finest of Colombian blends. To stand out from competitors, the company will provide a variety of beverages and self-serve entrees, snacks and pastries of Colombian origin. To add to the atmosphere and allow for a relaxing environment, The Bogota Coffee House will also provide free Wi-Fi to our customers 24 hours a day. The target market focuses on college students and business professionals between the ages of 18-49. The Washington DC area has been established as a satisfactory location for an authentic Colombian coffee or snack shop. We will offer patrons a location to study or meet with colleagues. To help promote the business, advertising will be done with billboards and signs posted around the U Street Corridor area to allow for multiple opportunities during the morning and afternoon traffic rush to view the advertisements. There will be brochures and flyers distributed on the campuses of local universities and businesses, as well as a website and radio ad to attract the attention of potential customers during the morning and afternoon commutes.
