ORGANIZATIONAL AND MANAGEMENT STUDY

PERSONNEL/ ADMINISTRATIVE

The management aspect aims to discuss the organizational chart, the role and qualifications of the individuals who will make up the organization, proposed salary rates and benefits, and the proposed policies for the organization.

         The firm’s purpose is to enhance the organizational performance by selecting and putting the right employee for the right position to achieve the firm’s goals and objectives.

The firm will also set up direction that will influence employee to follow their respective task. And will also monitor and regulate resources and processes to achieve goals and objectives effectively and efficiently.

MANAGEMENT PROPOSAL

The firm is more inclined into a Theory Y style of management. The firm chose this style so that the employees would learn what their responsibilities inside the business are. The chosen style is also less prone to employee backlashes and public scrutiny because it creates positive reinforcement in encouraging the employees. Lastly, with reward systems, the employees would develop better idea generation that would help the firm in its growing stage.
