Introduction

Adidas is one of the leading sport companies in the world that is offer variety of high quality sportswear and equipment of sport. The manufacturing is located in Germany and has good brands through promotes its products.

There are three main brands, which is Adidas, Reebok and Taylormade-Adidas Golf. Adidas is globalizing business leading to largest world

Over 170 subsidiaries in Europe, US and Asia. This is focusing on a particular market segment. In 1949,  Adidas was found by Adolf and Rudi Dassler. The name of adidas was set to after the founders of Adidas which is 'Adi' from Adolf and 'Das' from Dassler. In 2006 , Organization changed the name from adidas-Salomon to adidas AG (adidas). Adidas is consider one of the biggest     sportswear manufacturer in world and the second biggest sportswear manufacturer in the world, follow their rival which Nike from USA. In FY 2010 Adidas recorded revenue is $16.95869 billion.

The adidas Group has a big target to become the global leader in the sporting goods industry with brands that built on a passion for every group of sports and a sporting lifestyle. We are focusing on improving the strengthening our brands , products which can help us to achieve the competitive position.

- Innovation and design leaders we are focusing on improving our product by putting a new technology that can help athletes’ skill levels achieve peak performance with every product we produce and bring to market place.

- Consumer focused we are not only look at improving the quality of the product but we have to focus on the need and want (customize) of customers for example, look, feel, and image of our products to meet or exceed consumer expectations and to provide them with the highest value.

Adidas’s values

Our adidas value are mainly focus on five factor which are performance, passion , integrity , and diversity.

- Performance: Sport is the foundation for every people in the world , Adidas do and executional excellence is a core value of our Group to produce a product which can deliver a good performance.

- Passion: Passion is  at the heart of our company. We are continuously to looking forward for innovating, developing , and improving in our product.

- Integrity: beside producing a product , We are honest, open, ethical, and fair. People trust us to adhere to our word. In this factor

- Diversity: Adidas know that people form different culture and country can provide the knowledge, strengths, interests, and cultural backgrounds , so that it will help a company to succeed in the future. We encourage healthy debate and differences of opinion.
