Executive Summary

The Company

The company will be run by two ex-collegiate athletes whom will be the head trainers. Brad Bergen is an expert in the fitness and weight lifting part, maximizing strength and size of all athletes. He can also help other non-athlete customers lose weight and slim down. Scott Calles is an expert within the speed and agility training that athletes will use to gain higher on the field performance levels. He can also create classes and programs for non-athletes to gain more control of their bodies.

The company will be structures as a partnership.

The Management

Flatter Organization Structure: Milton will be the in charge of business overview and supervision.  Scott and Brad will share duties of marketing and advertising to bring in business. Scott will handle all interaction with clients and customers regarding memberships and fees. Brad will handle managing assets, equipment and implementing fitness plans.

The Goals and Objectives

On the Rise Athletics is a facility for both athletes and non-athletes to come create personal goals and challenge themselves to achieve those goals. Our objective is to motivate and empower customers to hold themselves accountable to exceed those goals they create for themselves. We plan to have over 150 active clients within the first 6 months of business operating and by year 2, having to upgrade in size to accommodate the growth.

The Product

On the Rise is a personal fitness and speed training facility that provides customers with a top notch performance enhancing training facility. There are services from weight loss, to speed training, to muscle gains. On the Rise will create effective plans for each person that comes into the facility individually, by conducting interviews with new clients creating a nutrition and fitness plan to achieve personal goals. Within a 20 miles radius of where the facility will be located there are few facilities with the proper size to hold a large amount of athletes and customers to train. Speed performance is a demand in the world of athletes today, and there is a huge demand for personal trainer’s year long.

On the Rise facility will give the best of both worlds to its customers by providing attentive training, inspiring motivation and proper mechanics.

Pricing Strategy

On the Rise will need roughly $100,000 to begin business. This accounts for leasing the building, utilities, equipment, maintenance, repairs, and marketing/advertisements. The monthly rate will be based upon what the clients sign up for. It will be $25.00 a month for full access to facility during the hours of 5am-10pm, $120.00 a month for athletes to get full strength and agility/speed training 3 times a week, and $75.00 a month to be put on a special personal training/weight loss program. In this industry, speed training is usually in the $300.00 a month ball park in the area and personal training is in the $150.00 average. WE offer 50% off from these average prices in the area based on personal knowledge of surrounding facilities.
