My chosen business is a woman's clothing and accessory boutique. The name of my desired business is Kosh Kouture Butik. My reason for choosing a clothing boutique my real life business analysis because I consider myself a very fashion forward individual. I believe that I can make a positive mark on society by empowering women through their appearance. I would love to work in an environment that allows me to be a trendsetter, be social and run a business preempted from my own personal style and flare.

I have no previous analysis completed in regards to opening clothing and accessory boutique.

Opening a clothing boutique requires more than the ability to match colors and fabric, but also requires many other factors that I will find most beneficial by soliciting the assistance of my peer feedback network. The cash to start on my boutique endeavor is low however I do not believe that will cause me to put my dreams on hold. Within my peer feedback network; it would be advantageous to receive feedback on ways to obtain operational funding. I welcome feedback from peers regarding ways to scale business as it equates to available funds and ways to funnel revenue into the business to promote growth. In addition to potentially benefiting from financial knowledge, I also would find experience advertising very helpful to aid in creating a strong customer base and the creation of consumer loyalty.

KK Boutique will quickly acquire and offer the latest styles in house. Clothes can be ready for sale within a 30 day period when new trends are identified. Other retailers require over two months making this possible to their markets. By controlling the garment supply chain from design to retail, Kosh Kouture is able to minimize the time required to offer the newest styles.

Large choice of styles

Kosh Kouture offers approximately 8,000 designs per year in comparison to the average 3,000 style offerings for other boutiques. With a vast array of designs and exclusive product offerings, KK Boutique remains relevant in today's fashion forward industry. This high number of styles also means that the commercial teams have more chances to find a winning style.
