Among the advantages that have so far been achieved include, it has been able to connect people and projects that has enabled them to build dream teams. Through this platform, quality information has been disseminated to the relevant contacts. Project visibility that is provided by this platform has enable entrepreneurs to get early adopters. Moreover, it is freer with contacts that are unlimited. The business model of Ideasvoice has focus on two main groups (Barringer, 2012). Firstly, direct income emanating from users who have premium services. The second is the business to business income that arises from partnerships and advertisements.

IdeasVoice is planning to be the leading most renowned platform that connects cofounders with founders to inaugurate the most exciting startups around the world. It was founded to promote, validate and bring up the necessary structures that would help to bring closer its team around their projects. Ideasvoice provides marketplace and a social network for the entrepreneurs that are in this network in the international arena. It helps entrepreneurs to find their cofounders, partners for business who have got complimentary business skills that could help steer their organizations on the right path (DeYoung, 2012). It also helps the entrepreneurs and talented persons to get attractive projects which they could be able to join.

        Started in 2011 in France, it was able to launch its global release in summer 2014 and has been rapidly expanding throughout Europe and the United States of America. The realization that 80% of startup projects failed to pick up due to lack of the right founding team and the fact that people who wanted to join startups had a difficulty in finding the right projects that required their experience. The founders recognized that entrepreneurs want a number of stuffs that would help them realize their projects (DeYoung, 2012).
