The term ‘team' has been defined as a small number of people with complementary skills who are committed to a common purpose, performance goals and approach' (Katzenback 2011). Team Work, it's a vital skill required for a large portion of jobs. Without a group of people there is no team work. It is all about interlinking with others and using each other's skills to form a combined bank of knowledge and skills to make tasks in an organisation more effective and efficient. Working together is success' However there are some teams which are dysfunctional due to certain members of the team.
