Evolution of internet

This research is focus on shopping on the internet. Internet is a global network that can be connect with millions of computers, nowadays, internet already be a part of most people life. There have more than 100 countries was link into the exchanges of news, data, and opinion. Besides that, each of internet computers also call as a host, and it is an independent. Its operators can choose to use internet services and local services to the global internet community.

In 1960, Joseph Licklider whose are a psychologist and computer scientist. Joseph Licklider working for ARPANET and as the head of the information processing office and he also formed a group for the further computer research in 1960. Joseph Licklider research group use a packet switching technique to connect separate the physical networks without the network resources for the links become incessant. By the way, the packet switching technique can split into small chunks, this can be processed quickly without blocking the communication from other parties and it is still used to run for the internet today. Besides that, the first four- computer network was running in December 1969.

In 1971, a basic e-mail program was invented. E-mail is the most useful of the new networking technology on that time. Furthermore, the file transfer protocol and voice transmission specifications were also developed in the year. It is keeping upgrade as TCP (Transmission Control Program) in 1974. In 1982, TCP/IP becomes a lead used to connected set of network for internet and internets connect within other internet. By the year of 1984, the DNS (domain name system) was introduced and also provided the symbolic.com on 1985. The symbolic will as .com, .net, .org, .edu and .gov in the ending addresses.
