 Briefly state the purpose of the journal article. 

    About "What Great Managers Do" this article, I think it's main purpose is to teach people how to make a great manager.Because different employees have different ideas, great managers need to understand them, and give them the best arrangement.Great managers can detect under drip progress, as long as the team members have made progress, it will give them timely praise and encouragement.In the allocation of tasks or work, managers have the passion, do not give up, and encourage others to strive.

        Some managers believe that employees are the best thing to help managers do, which shows the concern and care for employees, to win the respect of employees. In fact, many successful managers with very different views. They recognize that, in most cases, if managers can encourage employees to learn, develop, and complete the work more independently and solidarity with other team members, employees will be more confident that their quality of work, quantity and speed will improve . One of the best ways to enhance self-confidence of the staff, is to let the team members to participate in decision-making. When employees experience the decision-making process, or according to their own will make the decisions, they are more likely to believe in the correctness of the decision-making, the better to execute it. If only one person managers make decisions, responsiveness of staff will be much worse. When successful manager team members involved in the decision-making process, the employee will have a "master" of consciousness.

         Managers discovered that if subordinates trust ourselves, the management will become more relaxed, he might also get better performance. However, the establishment of a trust relationship with employees is not so easy, because the vast majority of employees have led to more or less motivated skepticism. However, if the manager can be said to do, to fulfill its promise to safeguard the interests of employees, honest and trustworthy, to provide the necessary human and material support for employees, employees continue to communicate and understand each employee on a personal level, and for the creation of a subsidiary development and growth of the space, it is possible to establish a relationship of trust with employees.

      After reading this article, I think to be a great manager is not easy, great managers need to take the time to solve almost all problems, spend so much time to be able to become a good manager, but life is not just these, I think, a good manager just need to understand a few key employees, let them help you be the best.
