The decision which has been determined to choose was trading my used car with car dealer recently. The old car is 2003 model Toyota Camry with almost 160,000 kilometers total distance. The Camry was bought at total distance 130,000 kilometers from a private seller in Armidale, at that time was 2010. In the general, the Camry worked well but some serious troubles appeared as time goes on during the 3 years. The problem of the vehicle is really hard to fix and may cost much but the Camry can still work for an uncertain period without any repair.

In my decision-making, the Camry was traded with car dealer to exchange for another better condition car by paying extra money. My fear is the Camry maybe breakdown one day and cost me much money to fix, because the problem can’t be measured specifically.

The decision making tool will be used is SWOT analysis. SWOT analysis is widely used in different business activities and planning. This method of analysis includes internal and external factors to make people estimate decision making in various kinds fields, especially in business area. So the SWOT analysis will be applied on mine decision of trading car. The method goes through from four factors which are strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threat to analysis the decision.
