The following case study and questions will be used to assess your knowledge and skills covered in the two Outcomes of this Unit.

You are expected to show both your knowledge and understanding of the subjects and be able to apply what you have learnt.

Read the following passage carefully, then use its contents to answer the questions that follow.

Use the case material provided and answer all the following questions.

You should present your answers in a report format with a word count of 1500 -2000 words (this word count is intended as a guide only).

You must clearly identify all the sources of information that you have used in the compilation of your report, eg a bibliography.

How do I put a chapter citation together?

If you have quoted an author who has written a chapter of a book, the details should be put together in the following order, with identical punctuation. Note: some style guides do not require the brackets around the date.

Author's surname, author's first name or initial. (year of publication), Title of chapter, in: Editor's surname, editor's first name or initial. (ed) Title of the Book, edition [if not first], publisher's name, place of publication
