1. Describe one academic goal that you have created using the SMART criteria. How do SMART criteria contribute to your academic goals?.

One of the academic goals that I have created using the SMART criteria is to further my education and earn my degree in business management, here at the Universityof Phoenix. I plan to reach all of my academic goals, by continuing to complete my assignments accurately and in a timely manner, so that I can earn good grades and to earn my business degree. My goals will help me to land a successful career, positive image, and to build my personal growth.

2. Describe one professional/career goal you have created using the SMART criteria and Career Plan Building Activities results. How did the results of the Career Interest Profiler and Career Plan Building Activity on Competencies contribute to your professional goal development?

One professional/career goal that I have created is to continue to do my job to the best of my ability, and work toward gaining a higher position in the company that I work for or another company. I work hard at gaining more knowledge on business management and how to be successful in the business, with high hopes of either being moved to a higher job position doing something that I have the knowledge and skills of doing, or maybe owning my own business in the near future.

3. Describe the stress and time-management strategies you have learned this week that will help you achieve your goals.
