Asdra Lemon Enterprises Agreement

This pact is between Ankur Gupta , CEO and director of ASDRA technologies and Bhanu, proprietor of Lemon Enterprises on the date 15th of August ,2016 in Bangalore,Karnataka.

RepairMyGadget , Repairmygadget.in, RMG remain intellectual properties of ASDRA technologies and in no way allowed to be replicated, used for promotion by any other 3rd party.

We shall agree to the following terms and conditions

1. RepairMyGadget has granted Lemon Enterprises Accessories, Marketing Materials, phones etc(as mentioned in the appendix) for a total sum of 1,45,000 RS  for a combine office space shared by RMG and Lemon enterprises. The inventories are provided only as deposit and RMG reserves the sole right to sale of these inventories. Lemon Enterprises are fully liable to pay back the inventory at the end of the association.
2. RMG data is highly confidential, any misuse ,theft or  use of the data by any third party shall be considered as a criminal offence and shall be strictly fought withen law.
3. Lemon enterprises shall now take care of the operations as third party outsourced partners and shall all pay/obligate to the following functions:

1. repairs

1. Quality checks
2. Warranty commitments

1.  logistics,

1. Timely pickup and drop withen 6 hours of stipulated time.
2. Any shrinkages/leakages during delivery

1. marketing  and order fulfilmet

1. The intellectual properties are excusive to ASDRA technologies and Lemon Enterprises is in no affect allowed to use them without prior consent /

1. customer care

1. Politeness
2. Courtesy
3. Followups

 It shall be paid 10% fees of the total bill value on successful completion of the order.Pls note orders shall be considered successful only after completion of the warranty period.
